I am currently taking salsa lessons in New York City and they are currently instructing me with the following basic steps:
The right foot is the first step=1, the left is the second=2, and so on completing 123 567, which I noticed is different than what you are exemplifying.
What is the correct basic step ?
I don't want to confuse a random partner that I meet in a club, aren't the steps universal?
